 LINK MISSIONARIES

Please pray for the Briggs in Kenya and that the right amount of rain will come to Kajiado Diocese.

Pray for Maggie as she starts up a Women’s Empowerment Programme for the Oltiasika community. This will include some practical work to improve bead making skills, but also biblical teaching to deepen the faith of the women. Pray that this will have a significant impact on all the families involved.

Please pray for the McCleans in Thailand and for the project to print and distribute “God’s Big Picture”. Also that it will help Thai Pastors and Church Leaders to teach and preach faithfully. Pray for Johnny and Dave who are meeting with locals on Monday nights. Johnny writes; “ On Monday nights Dave Barr and I teach a group of 6 Thai, 4 Buddhist and two Christians.

On Saturday night we had dinner together so that we can get to know them better. Please pray especially for Pak. He is a retired admiral and the key leader of the group. He has heard the gospel many times as he has come to Church special activities. Please pray for the Lord to touch his heart.

Pray for Hua who is a Buddhist business lady. Pray for Orn, who also joins our Church badminton once per fortnight. She is also a Buddhist.

Pray for Pha, who would claim to be a Christian but who has not come to Church in 3 years (apart from attending English class and an occasional midweek fellowship group).

Mook, is a Church member, the Pastor’s sister and the youngest member of the group. Pae, who is Buddhist, is divorced, and sadly has not been around during this course.

Please pray for Dave and me to have good conversations, to get beyond the superficial and share the love of Christ both by the way in which we teach and in personal conversation.”

Continue to pray for Thomas and Jodie as they plan to be married in July. Pray for the fruit of the mission work that Moore College has been doing during Holy Week. As I write, Thomas has been part of a team reaching out in the Wollongong region of Sydney Anglican Diocese.
